It helped you cope, escape, regulate, or feel something different.

But over time, it can become automatic… and difficult to break.

This is a trauma-informed, somatic and subconscious approach.

We work on:

  • identifying subconscious drivers behind the behaviour

  • gently releasing emotional patterns and triggers

  • rewiring responses at a deeper level

  • creating new, sustainable ways of coping and responding
