Fear is not a flaw, it’s a protective response.
At some point, your mind learned that something was unsafe.
It created a pattern designed to protect you.
But sometimes, that response becomes overactive.
It begins to show up in situations where there is no real danger, creating intense physical and emotional reactions that feel automatic and difficult to manage.
