My names Kimberley Stapleton,

I’m quite a private person so talking about myself is a bit weird :)

So here’s a bit of history, in my own words to sum it up :) “I’ve got loads of qualifications mainly because I’m curious, love learning & I believe that no two people are the same and the bigger my toolbox of experience and therapies the better I can serve you rather like if you where going to build or fix a house you wouldn’t just use one tool !! “

So all of our in person sessions are individually designed to suit you personally, so that you can make the permanent changes you wish to make in the shortest amount of time. .

Much to my surprise, I’ve have been on TV, Radio and in lots of Podcasts and have set up training programs for the police, government and nurses in the UK , Malta, California. and Cannes . In reality I’m quite shy .. but have a really mischievous side so our sessions won’t be staid !!

Don’t let that put you off, I can and have been extremely serious when I need to be .. my family say I have an Alice band on when I’m working !!

So here’s a bit more detail

I’m a Integrated Solution focused therapist with over 30 years of International Certified experience in psychology, hypnotherapy, counselling, mindfulness training & life coaching, belief clearing, and emotional freedom techniques amongst others and more recently over the last 10 years Holistic Health & wellness coaching, Reiki, Nutrition, Energy medicine, Energy Healing, Energy Psychology and Spiritual Counselling & Growth & Past life and Future life regression.

Born into a family of intuitives & seeresses and with an additional 30 + years of experience and training in mind body soul spirit work .

I’ve heard many people call me many things when it comes to my work and I’ve been known as a counsellor, hypnotherapist, psychologist, Intuitive Soul Reader, Seeress, Psychic Medium, Medical Intuitive, Healer, Shaman, Teacher and Energy Worker / Medicine Practitioner.

The labels are plenty, however, I truly work on removing myself (and any labels I, or others, share) from the work we do together.

What Happens in our sessions Together??

 I’ve been lucky enough to work & train in Malta, California, Arizona, New Mexico, England & France

Using proven Eastern & Western skills and techniques, we will adapt an approach specifically to suit you. This flexible approach ensure you and I that your session is designed to suit your unique and particular requirements and your personality. At your initial consultation we will look into your specific challenge (s) and work out the best way overcome it/them.

 I will explain to you how the techniques work so that you know what to expect from the very beginning.  From what I’ve learnt, together we’ll work out the best route for you to experience the change you are looking for.

The advanced structured hypnotherapy and life coaching sessions focus on past, present and future.  In many cases it can be extremely helpful to deal with the past if there are any underlying or deep seated issues which are possibly blocking your progress and preventing you from reaching your goals and desired outcomes.

It is of course also possible that you will not need to go backwards to go forwards and this will be something I will work out with you on our first session.

All consultations and sessions are strictly private and confidential.

I‘ve successfully worked with thousands of people on all levels and with all types of issues.

PS: You may be wondering how I can cover so many different types of therapy !

 In a nutshell because of my own life journey I have experienced transformation in many ways and this has inspired me to let go of what was no longer serving me and embrace and keep moving forward on my path to my true potential.

I’m still always constantly researching, training & studying so that we have the latest techniques at our fingertips

For over a 30 years I have been sharing what I’ve learnt through my own journey with clients, and trainees helping them unlock their potential by finding the purpose in their pain and embracing their true path.

Thanks to my mum who was and still is my inspiration, I am a life long student of psychology and holistic wellness, in fact anything which will help people to live their best life … and have been studying since I was 16 ( well even before that but it wasn’t official.)

I am constantly updating and researching the very best solutions that the world has to offer so that you can live your very best life.

I constantly attend and create new courses and keep up-to date on any new advances in the field … so that I can share and pass this knowledge onto you :)
