What Is Inner Child Work?

Your inner child is not a concept, it is a living part of you.

It holds:

  • your beliefs about yourself and others

  • the patterns you still carry today

When this part of you feels unseen, unsafe, or unheard,
it can show up in adulthood as anxiety, overreactions, self-doubt, or repeating life patterns.

so that what was once overwhelming can finally be processed, understood, and softened.
