I’ve heard many people call me many things when it comes to my work and I’ve been known as a counsellor, hypnotherapist, psychologist, Intuitive Soul Reader, Seeress, Psychic Medium, Medical Intuitive, Healer, Shaman, Teacher and Energy Worker / Medicine Practitioner. The labels are plenty, however, I truly work on removing myself (and any labels I, or others, share) from the work we do together.
Currently, I support people all over the world with various mind body soul spirit Sessions, courses, trainings, events, retreats and through my quickly growing podcast,

Intuitive readings are a self-discovery and healing tool that helps provide a better understanding of yourself, life lessons, and a discovery of the current opportunities available for you to shift, heal, and grow.
Many people show up to Soul Stirring Reading's with questions related to anything from business shifts or ideas, relationships, next step decisions, health + wellness, creativity endeavours, career shifts, life transitions, signs and symbols they’ve been experiencing, wanting to connect to their intuition on a deeper level, etc. Others simply show up based on a deep calling or curiosity they have.
Whether faced with seemingly unattainable goals, challenging issues or concerns, or any chronic conditions or faced with a life experience that seems to be going well, a Soul Stirring intuitive reading is like a mirror reflecting back with insights to illustrate choices available to you on your path.

What Can I Expect?
During an intuitive reading, I may use a combination of an oracle card deck, a Tarot deck, a pendulum, various charts,
Past lives, guides, body scan (medical intuition), attachments, cords, things you may be avoiding, aura reading, unique soul gifts, soul contracts, beautiful beings around you - are examples only for what may come through.
You can expect to begin with a mini healing experience, the bulk of your session will be a “conversation” or the Reading portion, and end with holistic style homework to support your integration and processing.

∞ Actionable information, exercises, and resources are provided as actions steps for you to take based on the insights shared

What Intuitive Readings Are Not:
Intuitive readings are not voyeuristic (an exploration looking into the lives of others). Intuitive readings are not predictive in outcomes (predicting the future). Intuitive readings are not meant to take the place of standard medical or psychological treatment or therapy.
