These are participatory sessions (sitting up), set in a safe, comfortable space, centered on intuitive life coaching and upliftment. You are not alone, and you’re certainly not stuck where you are. You were designed to change and grow!
In these focus sessions you will receive guidance and training to help you tune into your truth center and Inner Being. The goal is always alignment with truth in your authentic Self (Soul). While every session (and every Soul for that matter) is totally unique, here are some examples of what you can expect:
Tune into your spiritual team to receive guidance on your current path;
Learn techniques to release fears, judgement, stuck emotions, and disempowering thought patterns;
Uncover opportunities for healing and identify areas for personal and spiritual growth;
Build awareness, acceptance, and expanded states of emotion and consciousness through the practice of meditation;
Cultivate, nurture and grow your relationship with the REAL you. The real you is the one that is connected to all that is and has infinite love and wisdom. Use this truth center as your guide in life and explore your intuitive and spiritual gifts.

I’ve heard many people call me many things when it comes to my work and I’ve been known as a counsellor, hypnotherapist, psychologist, Intuitive Soul Reader, Seeress, Psychic Medium, Medical Intuitive, Healer, Shaman, Teacher and Energy Worker / Medicine Practitioner. The labels are plenty, however, I truly work on removing myself (and any labels I, or others, share) from the work we do together.
