How Best To Receive Distant Attunements

Its a question I am frequently asked how to receive distant chi ball attunements ?

As you probably know most attunements come with a manual which describes how the attunement is to be received however and it does happen occasionally the founder hasn’t included this information.

To accept a distant attunement when their is no acceptance speech included in the manual:

I suggest preparing by playing or listening to a grounding or healing meditation ( whichever is most appropriate ) the day before or just before your acceptance

( With all of my distant attunements I send either healing meditation music or a guided meditation for preparation and for use during the following days .)

When you are ready .. to receive the attunement(s) all you need to do is sit or lie down in a comfortable position.

Take 5 deep breaths in through your nose ( if you can imagine each breath starting from the soles of your feet and flowing up to your heart area) ..

Hold the breath for a few seconds ..

and then breath out with a sigh through your mouth

As you breath out if you can think about, sense feel or imagine releasing any negativity or tension into the air to be transformed into something more positive ,.. or even recycled xx

After you have centered yourself or when you feel centered

Please say the following or very similar

“I Accept the attunement of the energies of ( state the attunement name and level if appropriate) which are being sent by ( state the name of your attunee eg if you receive an attunement from me this would be Kimberley Stapleton )

I ask that these energies flow through me with the strongest vibrational frequencies that I can handle .

And I ask that the Universal orb of light that has been created for me by ( state the name of your attunee eg if you receive an attunement from me this would be Kimberley Stapleton ) to surround me .. so that I am protected and blessed by the energies I am receiving

The energies of the system will automatically begin to flow and usually last around 20 - 30 minutes although some of my clients have reported the energy flowing for much longer

When you feel the flow of energy coming to an end or you would like to end it yourself .. reground yourself by once again closing your eyes and focusing on breathing from below your feet as you did to start with

If at any time you would like to disconnect from the energy please place your feet on a flat surface and close your eyes and take 3 deep breaths in and repeat on each out breath " I disconnect from Attunement name energy " ..
You can then connect back to the energy anytime by pacing your feet on a flat surface .. taking 3 deep breaths and repeat on each in breath .. " I reconnect to ( attunement name) energy " ..

ADDED SUGGESTION

May I suggest that after an attunement from myself, if you listen to the meditation or guided recording I sent you this will act as a reinforcing trigger for the attunement as it is important to get back in touch with that energy frequently to keep it strong

A person can collect energy from several different levels of vibrations–including color, sound –that are utilized in various parts of the body.

Chakra is a Sanskrit word which means wheel.

The seven main chakra centers are aligned along the spinal column. If there are disturbances on any level, this shows in the chakra’s vitality level. Also each of the seven main chakras is their own intelligence center.

This means that each chakra is not only associated with our physical health but also controls aspects connected to our emotional, mental and belief system.
